You are invited to attend the Shorewood's Salsa Night on Thursday, August 18th
with beginner's level Salsa/Latin dance lessons
** Get there by 6:45 and check in with Milind in the Bar/Dance floor area.
** Beginning level Salsa/Latin dance lesson from 7:00 to 8:00++.
** Cost for the class is only $10/person. (Please bring cash; exact change is
preferable.)
** As always, we will be rotating partners frequently during the lesson part to
make sure that nobody is without a partner for long. You get to dance with most
everybody of opposite gender in the group.
** Live band Salsa del Soul will start playing at 9:00. We will practice what we
learned in the class right away to live music to solidify the steps in our mind.
It is also fun to watch the advanced dancers put on a show for us.
** Shorewood charges $5 cover charge for the Salsa Night, and people taking the
class don't have to pay this.
** We are working with Shorewood management to get some bar tabs/gift
certificates. Anybody who is in the class will be included in the drawings for
these gift certificates.
